In 2016, our testing facility earned official accreditation from the Taiwan Accreditation Foundation (TAF), making it the only AHU testing laboratory in Taiwan with this prestigious certification. EN1886 Compliance
Our laboratory is specifically designed to conduct performance evaluations in accordance with European Standard EN1886:2025. This international benchmark ensures that AHUs meet the highest mechanical and thermal requirements for modern industrial facilities.
Casing Air Leakage Test (Class L1)
The Standard: We test under the highest classification, Class L1, ensuring the permissible leakage rate does not exceed 0.22%.
The Benefit: Prevents energy loss and blocks outdoor air infiltration, maintaining the sterile integrity required for semiconductor and pharmaceutical cleanrooms.
Range: Our system supports both positive and negative pressure testing for airflow capacities ranging from 3,000 to 160,000 CMH.
Casing Deflection Test (Class D1)
The Standard: Evaluated under the highest Class D1 benchmark, where casing deflection must remain under 4 mm/m.
The Benefit: Ensures structural rigidity and safety under high-pressure conditions, preventing mechanical fatigue and long-term system failure.
Thermal Transmittance Evaluation
The Standard: Utilizing integrated surface temperature sensors, we generate automated trend charts to analyze the temperature difference between internal and external surfaces.
The Benefit: Verifies the insulation efficiency of the unit, reducing condensation risk and optimizing energy consumption in extreme thermal environments.
